About Us: I have collected interesting firearms for over 50 years. Now I feel that it is time to start selling a few things. All firearms transactions will be handled by a local Gun shop who will follow all firearms laws. All firearms purchased will be shipped by them to your F.F.L. I do my best to price my items fairly. If you see something that you are interested in, and you think that my price is out of line, please make an offer. I don't have much room for negotiation, but I will work with you if I can. I do not have many items to sell. Please keep checking my items and I will try to add regularly to my listings. I hope to find good homes for these items that are special to me. PAYMENT - I can accept money orders, cashier’s checks, bank checks, or personal checks (pending verification of funds). My FFL dealer will accept all major credit cards, please add 3%. Payments via USPS & UPS are acceptable.
My FFL dealer (Dixie Gun & Fish) securely packs and ships each firearm, following all firearms laws, and will include a signed copy of their FFL with each firearm shipped. No private sales on firearms!
SAFTY NOTICE- Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to shoot. The firearms offered may or may not have been test fired and some have been only visually inspected. It is a requirement that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. The buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise.
RETURN POLICY- All firearms come with a 3-day non firing, no-tinkering with (turning screws, taking apart, removing parts, scoping. firing, cleaning or altering in any way) inspection/return privilege. Inspection is based on a visual review of the firearm to confirm that it is in the condition stated. In the case of a return, the buyer pays all shipping charges & if paid for with a credit card, the buyer absorbs the 3% credit card charges. Please ask questions.
