1953 Tula SKS. Laminated stock. In 7.62X39 mm caliber. This rifle has original finish, not refurb matte finish. All numbers found are matching,
Gun is in excellent condition. Stock does have square (with diagonal) marking indicating arsenal reinspection, but is not found anywhere else on rifle. Stock does have matching seral number. Import mark is on underside of barrel.
Cleaning rod shank retains all of its bluing. Bolt, when disassembled, is showing original factory grease still present. Gas piston shows no wear on shank.
With no expectation that any more of these will ever be imported, this is an excellent opportunity to purchase an excellent example.
