Browning – A5 – 20ga – Stk# C551
This Browning model A5 Semi-automatic 20 gauge shotgun was manufactured in 1941 in the Remington factory with a production run of 11,000. It has a 26” Special Steel 20 gauge 2-3/4 blued tapered round barrel with silver bead front sight. The bore is in very good condition and has a ** full steel / modified lead choke. The blued receiver is in good condition with the exception of a few minor scratches and features some artistic engraving on both sides. The checkered Walnut forend and butt stock are in very good condition with some minor usage marks. The butt stock is fitted with the original black synthetic Browning butt plate. The length of pull is 14-1/4”, overall length is 45-3/8”, and weight is 5.6 lbs. Our stock number is #C551.
