Serial #22053, .22 LR, 28 inch Nickel Steel heavy barrel with a bright, excellent bore. This is the Winchester Model 52 heavy barrel target rifle manufactured in 1931 stock model G5203R. In excellent condition the metal surfaces retain virtually all, 96-98% of the original blue finish with some very light handling and use marks. The pistol grip target stock remains in excellent altered condition with expert repairs / alterations to the pistol grip area and bottom half to the stock and along the bottom rail area of the forearm which have had wood added and fitted. It sports an Unertl 1 ½ inch 20 X target scope, serial #80281, 25.75 inches long, 20 power with an adjustable objective for paralax, graduated from 50 feet to 200 yards. The scope is in excellent condition with clear optics, fine crosshairs and 98% blue and has both lens covers are present. The optional recoil spring is present and original aluminium mounts look great. A super target scope in excellent condition. It comes with one original Winchester marked 5 round magazine. An excellent Winchester 52 in very high condition that is very well equipped. FFL or C&R
