"Serial No. 1365215, circa November 1942, .30 carbine, 18" round barrel marked “UNDERWOOD/1-43/Flaming Bomb/P". Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling noted. Type C front band is marked “SI", bolt remains flat. Type B milled rear sight is marked with “PI". Low wood stock has been lightly sanded at some point.
