Made in West Germany, the SIG P226 was a design entered into the XM9 Service Pistol Trials in 1984. It was not selected due to the lower package price of the Beretta M9. The Navy SEALs later chose the P226 for use with the SEAL teams. This pistol is supplied with the California compliant 10 round magazine 9mm Luger
