"Serial number 206908. Made in 1901. 38-40 caliber with a 4 ¾" barrel. This gun has a mottled gray patina and show a fair amount of carry use. Accompanying this gun is a factory letter confirming the configuration. This gun was shipped to J. S. Dunlay Hardware company in Houston Texas in March of 1901 in a shipment of four guns. Houston Texas shipped Colt Single Actions are difficult to find and highly desirable!
