Colt 38 super pre war. Made in 1929 the first year of production. Serial Number 4622 1929. A copy of the colt letter is included. . All original finish and all original parts. The Bore is minty, the mechanics are perfect and in perfect working order. It has very nice high polish finish.The finish is so much nicer and smoother than the pictures it has a polished nice finish not shown by the pictures. The magazine is correct for this piece. The grips are original and in excellent condition. A hard to come by 1929 in this shape. Its very tight and functions as it should and it is a tack driver as i have shot it a few times.It looks as though it hasent been shot much at all. The front strap has very minor wear marks. The barrel is un marked as its supposed to be. Its a totally correct 1929 super with a high percentage of original finish. A few small dummy marks but not very noticable. A nice piece of any collection. The receiver Kelly How Thompson in Duluth Minnesota is in the picture included in the discription. near the bridge. You will be pleased with this piece.
