This was a black synthetic stock Remington model 770. Currently it is a camo stock, it has been painted and not professionally. It looks like someone was doing a DIY project. Overall, the paint job is pretty good but worn off in spots and obviously not professional.
This rifle is chambered in 300 win. mag and does have a Bushnell 3-9x40 scope on it.
