Description:
This is an original WWII US AAF Pistol Pyrotechnic M8, manufactured by "CEVC" Eureka Vacuum Cleaner Co. in 1942 and marked US Property. This example is in very good fully functional condition, and is marked on the spine of the grip with SERIAL No E-042434 with almost all of the original finish present on the body, with light oxidation, but no finish on the barrel. It is marked with the U.S. Ordnance "Crossed Cannons" proof and "P" on the bottom of the grip. The grips are in very good condition with no chips and only a slight crack on the bottom of the left grip. Included is a like new barrel extension. Approximate size, 8 1/2 x 1 3/4 x 8 1/2 in.;
