S O L D . . . . . Cal. 52, Percussion S# C 98297. Standard configuration, 22" barrel, Lawrence patent rear sight, "SHARPS RIFLE / MANUFG CO / HARTFORD CONN", and at breech "NEW MODEL 1863". Both sides of frame have more patent markings. CONDITION: Very good overall, metal has gray patina, good markings, pitting on saddle ring. Stocks are sound, with more wear on forestock. Old refinish, no discernible cartouches. Mechanically fine, very good rifle bore with some light pitting.
