ONE OF THE ADJUSTMENT CAPS APPEAR TO BE A LATER REPLACXEMENT . OPTICE ARE HAZY , LOOKS LIKE WATER DROPS ON THE LENS ( NOT SURE WHAT IT IS) . POST RETICLE.
