The HCAR (Heavy Counter Assault Rifle) is a modernization of the popular Browning Automatic Rifle famously used by the United States Army in World War II. The HCAR features an adjustable buttstock with a free float Picatinny rail for mounting optics and accessories.Ohio Ordinance Works has also developed a unique 30-round magazine for added capacity along with a bolt hold open and a short throw safety selector for improved ergonomics. These features combined make the HCAR the most versatile tactical .30-06 weapon system available.
This model features an all-black finish and includes two 30-round magazines. A shorter, 16-inch barrel allows for better maneuverability while still allowing for power and accuracy at longer ranges.
This modern \"BAR\" has a 16in threaded barrel. It has two top picatinny rails and the handguard is picatinny as well. It has an ambidextrous slide release and two 30rd magazines. Original box included.
