S O L D . . . . . . . ..................Winchester M-1873 Octagon Barrel Rifle in 44-40, #234xxx, 3rd model, made in 1887. Fine wood to metal fit, with honest wear and use to the exterior of the gun, clear markings, crisp action. Strong flashes of blue on the frame, barrel and original dust cover. 30% overall blue turning to rich dark patina, clear markings. The bore is bright, rifling is crisp with scattered fine spots and residue the length of the bore. Very good bore. Fine overall.
