Wonderfully restored J. Purdey percussion 10 Ga, single shot fowler with vivid Damascus Bbl with single bead sight. Nicely figured oil-finished walnut stock with checkered wrist and forearm and horn tip. Single set trigger and game scene engraved cap box. Stock further mounted with cheek rest and engraved pistol grip cap. Lock is marked J. Purdey with modest small scroll and safety locking bar. Condition, Very fine as restored with bright bore. Iron trigger guard and cap box show earlier pitting. Stock is very fine, full sized, and without distress. Mechanically fine.
