Description:
Remington 788 chambered in .22-250 Remington. This is a bolt-action, centerfire rifle that uses an external single-column magazine that holds 3 rounds. This rifle was manufactured from 1967 to 1983. The 788 was developed as a less expensive rifle to compete against lower price rifles available. The rifle has a unique rear lug bolt that rotates only 60 degrees. This allows more clearance for scopes. The design of the action increased its rigidity and strength. This results in a very accurate rifle. A period correct WesternField 3-9X32 scope is included. It comes with 1 magazine. .22-250 Remington
