Colt Single Action Frontier Scout Golden Spike Edition chambered in 22 Long Rifle with a 6 inch barrel, bright shiny bore with nice sharp rifling and excellent working action. This revolver was created to commemorate the joining of the first transcontinental railroad of the Central Pacific to the Union Pacific Railroads. As such, Colt created this revolver to reflect the significance of the occasion by taking inspiration from the ceremonial golden spike which was crafted from 18 karat gold. Finished with a deep blue complimented by hints of gold, this revolver captures that very essence and comes with a presentation case to help appreciate its pedigree to such a time in history.
