Reduced. This Parker Hale Volunteer rifle is stamped BIRMINGHAM on top, but has Italian proofs. Built 1999. It appears unfired. It has the unique Alexander Henry rifling. I believe the twist on these is 1:20. The rifle is in excellent, near mint condition. I'd say a 99% rifle. These are known for their accuracy and are highly sought after by N-SSA shooters. Hard to upgrade. $1000 + Shipping.
