This is an original Ithaca Model 37 Police Special Riot Shotgun in 12 Gauge. Probably the best pump riot gun ever manufactured. Gun holds 8 rounds of 2&3/4 inch ammunition. This gun has the original parkerized finish as delivered from the factory. It also was factory built without an interrupter - so one can hold the trigger back and pump away with reckless abandon. These were available with or without a buttstock, and this one has the factory pistol grip installed. You will not find a better specimen.
