Description:
This beautiful Marlin Model 39 was manufactured in the 1920s with an S/N 2XXX and is chambered for 22 S, L and L-R. The 24" barrel is blued and octagonal in shape with minor handling marks. The barrel is also equipped with original leaf sights. The rifling is clean and sharp. The Receiver, hammer, lever and trigger are case-hardened with slightly faded traces of original coloring. The stock and forend are in great shape and show minor handling marks. The original butt plate is in amazing condition with light dents and no cracks or chips. .22 Short/Long/Long Rifle
