Description:
The Winchester® SXP® Defender Pump-Action Shotgun uses an rotary bolt and inertia-assisted action to provide you with super fast follow-up shots when practicing home defense tactics. 4 massive lugs on the bolt provide incredible strength with a solid lockup, and dual steel slide bars eliminate twisting and binding when cycling the action. A durable synthetic stock with textured pistol grip and a tactical ribbed forearm give your hands a non-slip grip in any environment, and the Defender's non-glare matte black finish on barrel and receiver won't give your position away at night. A brass front bead is quick to pick up in any light, and the receiver is drilled and tapped for rails and scope bases. This SXP comes with an Inflex Technology™ recoil pad. The bore and chamber are hard chrome plated, and the 18" barrel has a fixed cylinder bore that works especially well with Foster-type rifled slugs or buckshot. A solid lug attaches the barrel to the magazine tube that holds 5 rounds (plus 1 in the chamber). A crossbolt safety button is located on the front of the trigger guard on the SXP Defender for easy access, even when wearing gloves.
