I'm selling my collection. Here is a Rare Antique Argentine Mauser Carbine Modelo 1891. FFL is not required. It’s chambered for the accurate 7.65x53mm caliber. Only few of those Carbine were manufactured pre-1898 by the prestigious Arsenal Imperial Ludwig Loewe of Berlin before Dec 31, 1898, with all the military approval markings and cartouches on the wood. Scarcely found in such good condition. 18.5" barrel with a good bore with deep sharp rifling. This carbine is a good working condition, just storage stacking dents on the wood which was varnished by a previous owner I guess to protect the wood. Serial numbers are all matching receiver and bolt. The wood of the stock few scratches from storage rack. The original arsenal blue finish rates 70% thinning on hi-edges. The Argentinian crown remains as it's often removed for legal exporting reason. The action is smooth & firmly crisp. All details are visible on the pictures if not mentioned in the description. Those are fun to shoot and very accurate with its 18.5" short barrel with available proper reloads. Those Model 1891 Carbines were still in service in the Argentinian Police in the 1960's. I haven't shot this one. What is not written in the description can be on the pictures.The ammunitions showed on one of those picture are not for sale. I described it to the best of my knowledge.
