The rifle is in overall good condition. It has blemishing mostly composed of surface rust around the barrel, receiver and magazine. There are some scratches in said areas as well. The wood is mostly in great shape. There are some dents in the wood and little scuffs. The one 4 round magazine it comes with has some scratches and surface rust as well but still functions fine. Rifle had a functions test with no noticeable issues. It comes with a marlin model 800A 1.75X-5X40 german crosshair scope.
