For sale is an all original Pre 64 Model 70 in 375 H&H. For hunting, it is equipped with a McMillen synthetic stock, but includes the original stock in excellent condition. There is a hairline crack between the trigger and the magazine well. I chose not to repair, so the buyer would have the choice of who and how it was repaired, it they choose. If you are not going to hunt with the original stock, nothing needs to be done as the crack will be hidden with the action attached, but I would suggest having it repaired if you wished to shoot it with the original stock. The metal is 95%+ with the worst a ding in the barrel as shown in photo # . The McMillen stock has a few very minor surface imperfections, but the gun as it sits is ready to go hunting. The scope, a Leupold VX - III 1.75 - 6 x 32 and rings will be made available to the buyer a reasonable price at the close of the sale.
