Synopsis: Gorgeous SIG P49 Rig, Swiss Military, A197910, FB01037 Description: Wonderful, high condition SIG P49, 9mmP, Swiss Military Rig, made near end of production with spare magazine, holster/battle ready stud and strap. Standard configuration matte finish pistol with 4.75” barrel, drift adjustable front and rear sight, and serrated slide release. The left side of the slide and frame are proofed and marked with the full serial number that is repeated on the right side of the barrel hood. Safety detentes are marked with an “S” in white and “F” in red. “P” release marked on front of the trigger guard and discretely applied import marking on base of frame. Disassembly shows a matching hammer assembly with the usual half cock. Fitted with checkered black plastic grips, integral escutcheons, secured with a single transfer screw. Fixed lanyard ring. Complete with two matte finish magazines, one having “A” on the floorplate. Leather military holster, dated “63”, strap dated “71”. Condition: EXC+ original condition with minimal sharp edge wear. Crisp grips. Bright bore. Perfect manual mechanics. VG+ tan holster and strap with intact stitching.
