Original Antique Kentucky Pennsylvania rifle. 44.5" barrel is octagon to round barrel approximately 69 caliber smooth bore signed and dated 1855. All metal parts have a concistent dark brown patna. The dark wood stock has a brass crescent but plate and brass trigger guard with dents dings and minor cracks concisten with its age. The action lock plate has scroll engraving of a hunting scene and action functions. The front Ishtar is present but there is no rear sight. A neat old original Kentucky rifle in good attic condition.
