Description:
This is the Remington 5 shot ring trigger 22 caliber rimfire Pepperbox pistol. Only about 7500 of this 22-caliber were made. The balance was a 32 rimfire 4 shot ring trigger pistols. The mechanical function is very good crisp and tight and the bores very good with strong rifling and a little dirty from testing it will 5 rounds of 22 BB caps without the lead BB and only the primer. No rust at all and the pistol retains generous traces of blue on the barrels. The serial number is 5808 and was early production. The 5 shot 22 caliber was made between 1863 and 1867. “CAN NOT SELL TO CANADA”
