S/N 15939 made in 1928.
Excellent condition throughout showing 96-97% original finishes.
The bore is excellent and all mechanical functions crisp and proper.
This fine rifle has miraculously steered clear of the host of value killing modifications we frequently see on this model with no extra drill holes, grossly altered bolt handles, recoil pads, etc.
Original sight package includes the 2 leaf Lyman 6W rear and Lyman 48W receiver sight.
An outstanding and rare example of this forerunner to the world reknowned Model 70.
