Description:
"SN: FW124426 made in 1929 in Fulton NY. 12 gauge side by side with 28" Armor Steel barrels with a single brass bead and 2 ¾" chambers choked Modified and Extra Full (.020/.040). Side lock with double triggers, extractors and a 3 position tang safety. 14 ¼" LOP to the original butt plate with a drop of 1 ½"-2 ½". Bores are bright with only a couple very small dents near the muzzle. Original bluing is in good condition with normal signs of wear near the forearm and the action has some small areas of original case color although most has worn off. The stock and splinter forend are in good condition and have been re-finished at some point, the stock does have a couple small hairline cracks behind the lock plates as usually seen on these older LC Smiths. No light is visible between the barrels and breach face, action snaps closed and locks up tight and the top lever rests just right of center. Overall weight 6lbs 12oz.
