Description:
"NSN made circa 1960’s in Chicopee Falls Mass. 12 gauge side by side with 30" barrels with a single silver bead and 2 ¾" chambers choked Modified and Full (.015/.032). Box lock with double triggers and extractors. 15" to an added vintage Pachmayr recoil pad with a drop of 1 ½" to 3". Bores are very good and have signs of being honed which makes sense because most of this gun has been restored. The barrels have been polished and re-blued but do have a spot of pitting on the left barrel and some minor speckling near the handguard. The stock and forearm have been sanded, re-finished and re-checkered. The action appears to have most of its original case color and the trigger guard has been painted black. Barrels are on face and the action locks up tight however the top lever is left of center which is common on these models. Overall weight is 7 lbs 11 oz.
