Description:
Colt SAA single action 44-40 made in 1880. Very nice original gun with all matching numbers including cylinder and barrel. This gun came out of the old central Kansas cowtowns. We often say "if this gun could talk"...well this gun is very close in serial number to the 1880 gun used by Pat Garrett to kill Billy The KId that sold for 6MM. The gun has a four clicks and has a tight lock up. Etched panel has been worn off over its 144 year lifetime. A fine example of an old west cowboy gun.
