Very nice Pre War Mauser Sporting Rifle by Herman Schnieder Guild Gun in 7x64mm.The stock is Walnut with a schnable forend and checkered pistol grip and checkered tear drop butt plate. About 1/2" tip of the toe ws chipped off and reglued but it is noticable.The receiver and floorplate are case colored and engraved.The bolt handle is flat with checkering and engraved. A Griffin & Howe side scope mount with 1" rings has been installed. (No Scope) The rifle has a set trigger and engraved screw heads. The barrel is a 26" partial octogon and round with a matted solid rib and double leaf folding sight and brass bead front sight. The bore has great rifling and mirror shiny also.The rifle has factory sling swivels with a braided leather sling.I rate the over-all rifle at 92%-94%. Also included are a set of RCBS reloading dies along with 25rds of Norma Ammo and 35 Norma Brass, 20Rds of Meding Ammo, 38 Rds of RWS Ammo, 31 Rds of Remington Ammo and 9 Remington Brass.
