Description:
This is a unique and gorgeous Parker with wonderful provenance. It was ordered by Dana Shippee in 1909. The gun is a #1 Frame 16ga. DH Parker with 4 complete sets of Damascus barrels and forends numbered to the gun(barrel lengths are: 26, 27, 28 and 30 inches). The gun was restocked by Parker(original stock and forend included). The barrels sets where added during Mr. Shippee’s ownership.
This unique set is featured in The Parker Story in Volume 2 on page 717. In addition, an article in the publication Parker Pages was written about the gun as well(See pictures of documentation).
This Parker comes with a nice display case.
