Description:
Remington Model Mohawk-600 chambered in .222 Remington. This rifle was designed to be a guide rifle and gun writer Jeff Cooper used the model 600 as the basis for his Scout Rifles. The Model 600 Mohawk features an 18.5 in barrel with no rib. It features a walnut checkered Monte Carlo, Mannlicher stock. It has 1-inch rings for scope mounting. The .222 Remington is a centerfire rifle cartridge introduced in 1950. The .222 Remington was a popular target cartridge and still enjoys a reputation for accuracy.
