This is for a custom made rifle in .280 Ackley Improved. 9X wood, thumbhole stock. Rosewood and maple trim. Built on an Interarms Mark X Action.
Right hand action, left hand stock. Rings and mounts are Leupold 30mm. Barrel is 25". Unknown twist rate.
A real nice example. Couple nicks in the lumber. Otherwise in very excellent condition.
In my collection; never fired by me. Bought from a leftie collector known for years, now deceased. I have always been a fan of Ackley calibers.
