Description:
This is an exceptional condition Browning Sweet Sixteen made in 1956. It has been professionally cleaned, inspected, and found to be in excellent condition overall. The round knob walnut stocks are free of any cracks or repairs, and have a beautiful high gloss finish, as it came from the factory. The metal surfaces retain 90+% original blue, with all engraving, script, and S/N crystal clear. The horn butt plate is intact and in fine condition. The bore of the 27 1/2" VENT RIB barrel is in mint condition, and has a MODIFIED choke with a 2 3/4" chamber. This is about as nice as you could hope to find a 68 year old Sweet Sixteen.
