Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Description:
Here is a fair condition Ruger #3 chambered for 375 Winchester. This rifle is chambered in the rare 375 Winchester chambering. This rifle was stored in a humid environment and the exterior had a lot of rust and pitting. The barrel and sides of the receiver have been reblued and it looks ok now. The lever and some other parts still have rust. There is some old light pitting visible under the reblue. The bore on this rifle is very good and it will make a fun shooter with either 375 Win or 38-55 WCF which also works in these rifles. Sold AS-IS. Thanks for looking!
