Return Policy: 3 day inspection and return policy on used guns.
Inspections for returns must be done at FFL before leaving the premises. Returns require the gun in the exact same condition as it left the Seller. Revolvers should not be dry fired multiple times during inspection to avoid deeper turn lines on collectible guns.

SOLD -(a lot more various makes and models of collectible revolvers/semi-auto handguns in my collection still available). From my private collection of high quality collectible handguns, I am offering my Smith and Wesson Model 31-1 from the 70's. I purchased this as NIB and I have never even loaded it. The gun has been stored in a humidity controlled security vault. There is the faintest turn line that may have been from the test fire ony becasue it is hard to see and definately not cut into finish. This is in the original S&W box with the original label showing the matching information. The box has the docs and wax paper that came with it. It also includes tools in a plastic bag. Check out the photos for condition and you be the judge but I can't imagine it could be possible to find a nicer one! I am not a gun dealer but gradually letting go of some of my personal handgun collection since retiring since I have no one to leave them to if I pass away. It was fun while it lasted over the years!
When the gun is received at your FFL, all inspections and addressing concerns must be done in front of the FFL that received the shipment before taking possession. Call me to discuss any concerns found during the inspection. I cannot be responsible for the condition of the gun once it has been accepted and leaves the presence of the FFL and therefore no returns if it leaves the FFL. The gun should not be dry fired and causing the value of this collectible gun in this rare condition to decline. Returns require buyer to pay all shipping costs and FFL fees for both parties and shipping both ways. Returns only allowed with everything in the exact same condition with all contents as shipped. "No warranty expressed or implied". It is recommended to have all collector pieces that haven't been fired much be inspected by a Gunsmith before firing. Guns will be shipped to FFL dealers only and a copy of their FFL license must be provided in advance for shipping estimates. No sales or shipments to California or other states with gun restrictions.
