Payment Types Accepted: USPS, Money Order Description: For Sale: Extremely Rare Colt 723 Cut-Away Semi-Automatic Carbine   This is a chance to add a very rare Colt 723 Cut-Away to your collection. This was meticulously restored and built as a semi-automatic firearm by a manufacturer for his personal collection. He is currently selling off items. There were many hours invested in making a accurate semi automatic lower and on minor details to make this accurate as well as correct anodizing and hand painting.This was originally a transitional Colt 723 full-auto weapon which was very rare and then made into a Armorer's model and used in training courses prior to its deactivation. The Colt 723 was favored by Delta Force and highly regarded by experts like Larry Vickers. This was the weapon that Delta force chose to replace the HK33   Though designed as a Cut-Away model for instructional purposes only and not to be fired, this firearm is still considered a fully operational semi-automatic weapon and must be transferred through a Federal Firearms License (FFL). This piece is not only a functional firearm but also a significant part of Colt's storied history.   Details to be noted on the gun. All full-auto components have been replaced with a semi-automatic fire control group, ensuring it is a functional semi-automatic weapon.   The engraving looks very close to the roll marks that Colt did. These were drag engraved before they had lasers by a jewelry store that engrave jewelry and silver. The engraving has a V groove which looks much more original than what laser or etching does. I have tried to add close up pictures as requested  This still has the rare large Clipped D forward advance. A impossible to find item.
