Metal is 99% as prof. reblued, stock has added comb. Comes with complete Lyman 310 tong tool setup w brass and circa 400 bullets HP and solids, Lee case trimmer. Scope base was machined to center the crosshairs. Just about the perfect woodchuck setup for settled areas.
