I have for sale a Winchester Model 21 in Skeet Grade 20 gauge that very well may have the prettiest wood you will see for some time. This gun came to me with the original stock (which is included in the sale) which was nice but it had had some simple repair work done to it and would need to be refinished. On the other hand the metal work on the gun was absolutely beautiful in every regard. It just so happened that I had saved a Model 21 custom, exhibition grade English Walnut stock for many years hoping that someday I would come across a gun like this with great metal and somewhat lacking wood. This gun was the perfect candidate. I took this gun to Cole Haugh in Miland Indiana and he fit the stock with very minor adjustments needed. What you see here now is the finished product and a very special little 21. The gun has 26 inch barrels with front and middle silver beads and has unusual choking of WS-1 in both barrels. The stock dimensions are 1 1/2 X 2 1/4 X 14 1/8 over the solid oil english style pad. Cast is neutral. Being a skeet grade it has a non-automatic safety and selective single triggers. Ejectors work perfectly. Weight of the gun is 6 pounds 12 ounces. Barrels are tight on face with top lever slightly right of center. All in all this gun is in wonderful condition and is ready for you to enjoy. This will make a great Grouse, Woodcock, or Quail gun, or just a fun gun to shoot on the skeet field. Bluing and wood are both in at least 98% condition with only the slightest of marks. Price of this beautiful little gun is $8500 plus $75 shipping to your FFL. As always there is a three day non-firing inspection period with the buyer paying shipping charges if returned. I will glaly face time with anyone to show you the gun in person.
