Description:
I have for sale a Perazzi MX3 ORO model, serial number 61991, built in 1982. This is a 12 gauge gun with 29 1/2 inch barrels and 2 3/4 inch chambers. Nice 10mm top rib with front and mid bead. There are no side ribbes on the barrels. The gun features a coin finished receiver with lovely Bolino engraving with gold featured animal motifs. With ducks on the left side, Woodcock on the right and a English Pointer holding a Woodcock on the bottom. Engraving is signed near the trigger group however I can't make out the signature. The detail on this engraving is fantastic and I particularly love the detailed background on the bottom of the receiver showing Aspen trees, a favorite hideout of the Woodcock. The gun has a single non-selective, gold plated trigger group. Stock is nicely figured European Walnut with a full pistol grip and is nicely checkered. Stock dimensions are 1 7/8 X 2 1/16 X 14 1/4 over a 1 inch Decelerator pad. Stock cast in neutral. Forend is schnabeled with a Deeley release with is also nicely engraved. Wall thickness is .033 bottom and .032 top. Gun has Briley thin wall chokes and comes with 4 flush tubles. Included is a nice Perazzi luggage case with leather trim. Brown slip cases for barrel and receiver/butt stock are included. Also comes with Perazzi wallet with manual and warranty card. Condition is excellent with only a few minor marks to wood and metal. Action is tight with top lever well right of center. All numbers are matching. Price of this great gun is $7500 plus $50 shipping to your FFL. As always there is a three day non-firing inspection period with buyer paying shipping charges if returned.
