Description:
Husqvarna Vapenfabrik model 1640 bolt action rifle chambered in 6.5x55 with a 24" barrel. This example has a blued finish, checkered walnut mote Carlo stock with white filler strip ebony forend, black grip cap with white filler strip and a serrated black butt plate with white filler strip, internal box magazine with hinged floor plate. The front sight is a bladed bead dovetailed to a checkered ramp attached to the barrel. The rear sight is a fixed leaf dovetailed to the barrel. The scope is a Bushnell 4X banner. Very good overall condition with normal use wear. 6.5x55 Swedish

Chambers: Bolt action.
Metal Condition: 90% blue remains. Bottom metal has scattered handling marks. Edge wear around the front sight and sides of the muzzle. The bare metal bolt has a few spots of patina. Both bottom metal attachment screws are marred.
Wood Condition: 90% + with scattered light dings and nicks. The buttplate has a chip in the toe area.
Bore Condition: Very Good. The bore slightly worn but still bright.
Barrels: 24" barrel.
Triggers: Single.
Stock Dimensions:
LOP 13 5/8".
Fore End: Checkered.
Butt Pad: Hard rubber.
