Description:
Boxlocks - Great dimensions and condition on this super little upland boxlock built 1930. F.P. Baker was a sporting-goods store in England that had their guns made for them by W.C. Scott, Skimin & Wood, and Westley Richards. I would wager, by the similar serial numbers that this gun was made by Skimin & Wood. They were the famous English company that built almost all the 2" game guns for the trade.

This gun is in very nice condition and with the amount of case color left I would say has seen little use.

It has great dimensions for many and handles very well, feeling quite lively between the hands.

*bright bores. The barrels are showing an every so slight movement I can barley feel. Certainly not ready for a rejoin. *** Note: To see this gun with high resolution photos and a zoom-in feature, go to the vintagedoubles main site and search for the gun ID: 5651 or browse the main site to see our full gun collection.
