CUSTOM C. SHARPS MODEL 1875 SCHEUTZEN RIFLE WITH PALM REST, SET TRIGGER, .38-55, #75-3535. These don't come up for sale often as few were made on special order. This one has a globe front sight will accept inserts on the 30" heavy tapered round barrel with no rear sight dovetail- the receiver is factory drilled and tapped tang sight. the case colored heavy steel shotgun butt plate has the Swiss extension prong for offhand shooting. Case colored action and lever. Folding palm rest factory mounted on the forend. Nice medium dark straight grained walnut with schnable forend tip. Light, crisp trigger. fitted with a SINGLE SET TRIGGER. All in about new condition inside and out.Weighs approx. 12 1/2 lbs. Made in Big Timber, Montana.
