Description:
Marlin 1881 chambered in 38-55, 27 inch octagon barrel. Rifle appears all original, wood is sold, but is scratched, nicks and a couple hairline cracks, but very solid. Bluing has turned to a brown patina with some thinking in the receiver. Bore is in good shape, overall a nice honest example.
