Description:
This is a Vintage Daisy Red Ryder No. 111, Model 40 BB Carbine Variant 4 with wood stock and forearm with a large top screw. This example has an aluminum cocking lever instead of steal which could mean a late model 1946 with a 47 part. All of the metal parts have grayed and retain a some of original finish with a light coating of oxidation. The wood furniture has a nice patina with many handling marks and excellent logo, left side. In the body behind the saddle ring, one of the original bolts has been replaced but not recently. Still functions and moves BB's. Nice classic Americana Daisy Red Ryder Carbine.
