"SN: 87226. Late 1950's .38 S&W with a 4"" barrel. Bore is excellent. Early post-war Reg. Police revolver with nickel finish, chambered for .38 S&W, not .38 Special. Has the early short cylinder which was lengthened in 1961. Shows light wear and handling marks, overall very good condition.
