Description:
This is the Ka-Bar fighting knife, a replica of the original famous U.S.M.C. fighting utility knife of World War 2 manufactured by Ka-Bar in Olean, NY circa 1980's. The very high quality knife is made with high carbon steel and is built to the same specifications as the original. It comes in a leather USMC marked sheath with globe and anchor symbol and is housed in a printed box that reproduces the original paperwork. It measures 11 7/8" overall with a 6 7/8" blade with deep fullers showing some age spotting, polished leather handle, steel hammer pommel. This is NOS and has been in storage for many years and has some verdigris, light age soiling and will need to be cleaned. It comes with original box and includes the original paperwork.
