Description:
First year production, clover leaf tang. Model 88 #17xxx .308 in superb original condition. Metal finishes are 98% throughout with a very few tiny handling marks. Original stock finish at 97%. There are three very light scratches on the right side of the buttstock, and a very few minor handling marks. Checking is sharp and undamaged and the correct flat-bottom clip is included and retains 98% original factory blue as well. Bore and mechanics are excellent.
Overall a super, collector quality, Model 88 that appears unused.
